Change of Auditors

The directors of Wellington Drive Technologies Ltd (WDT) have appointed Deloitte to act as its auditors for the year ended 31 December 2019. This followed a review by our Audit and Risk Committee of proposals from three audit firms. The Committee recommended the appointment of Deloitte due to their experience with other listed entities at a similar stage to Wellington. PricewaterhouseCoopers have accordingly resigned as auditors.
