The SCS 800 runs with no display, or with an AoFrio VIS display that makes cabinet temperature and status visible at a glance and includes indicators for Bluetooth, alarms, fan and compressor.
Displays come in white, green or blue, with bulkhead-mount and projection options to suit each design:
- Bulkhead-mount displays in three sizes: VIS20 (24 mm digits), VIS30 (34 mm digits) and VIS60 (61.7 mm digits). All include Standby and Defrost buttons.
- Projection display option: the VIS60-P, a projection version of the VIS60 that surface-mounts to the glass door and displays through the glass.

SCS 800 FAQs
The SCS 800 provides always-on 4G LTE cellular connectivity (LTE Cat M1 or LTE Cat 1.bis) for daily data uploads, real-time alerts and remote management. It also includes Bluetooth for local commissioning and WiFi for enhanced geolocation tracking.
The SCS 800 includes a rechargeable Lithium-Ion capacitor providing one month or more of backup power. In low-power mode, it continues Bluetooth advertising and sends periodic location updates via cellular, with 24-hour check-ins by default to maximize battery life.
