AoFrio Monitor is a battery-powered IoT sensor and data logger for coolers and freezers. It tracks temperature, door openings, compressor run‑time, movement and location to help you protect product quality, diagnose issues and understand asset performance.
Yes. The Monitor is designed for easy retrofits. It mounts inside the cabinet with screws or tape, needs no external wiring, and is easy to activate using AoFrio’s mobile apps, making it ideal for quickly upgrading large fleets of non‑connected coolers.
Yes, absolutely. AoFrio’s Monitor is a cost-effective, easy-to-install way to provide your new refrigeration units with IoT connectivity for performance monitoring and tracking. You then have the option to later pair your Monitors with AoFrio Gateways to upgrade your coolers to always-on cellular connectivity if and when your needs evolve.
The Monitor records internal temperature, door opening counts, compressor operation, operating mode, tilt or movement and battery status. These parameters are logged every 30 minutes and stored for up to 60 days to support diagnostics, HACCP reporting and analytics.
AoFrio’s Monitor uses Bluetooth to connect to AoFrio mobile apps, and this data is transferred automatically to the AoFrio iQ app. You can also pair the Monitor with an AoFrio cellular Gateway so data is transferred to the AoFrio iQ platform without the need to use an app or visit the outlet.
AoFrio’s Monitor is a cost-effective solution that can be used in a wide range of applications due to the fact that it is battery-powered, including food service cabinets, walk‑in coolers and freezers, temporary event storage, portable refrigeration and even goods in transit.
Yes. The Monitor can be detected by AoFrio’s apps, enabling asset location and movement history. This helps you find misplaced equipment, monitor cooler relocations and improve utilization of assets in your fleet.
