2020 ASM and closing date for Director nominations

The Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held on a virtual basis on Thursday, 25 June 2020 commencing at 3.00 pm.

The Company also advises that for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for nomination of directors is 5:00pm on 5 June 2020.
